Delivery Areas

We deliver exclusively within the Island of Rhodes. We serve collaborating Villas/Properties as well as private addresses, provided they meet the minimum order requirements.

Shipping Costs

Delivery is Free of Charge for all orders that meet the mandatory minimum order value (€50 or €100 depending on location).

Delivery Procedure

  1. Preparation: A minimum 2-hour lead time is required for all orders.
  2. Notification: We will call you during transit and upon arrival.
  3. Arrival: If you are not present at the selected location:
    • We may leave the order at your door (if safe).
    • Alternatively, the order will be returned to our store (Amerikis 65, Rhodes) for self-pickup.
    • No refunds are issued for failed deliveries where the customer is unreachable.
