Yes. We provide island-wide delivery service. Whether you are staying at one of our partner villas/properties or at a private residence, we will reach you. For locations not listed in our property menu, you can simply use our interactive map during checkout to pin your exact location, ensuring our delivery team finds you with 100% accuracy.
To provide Free Delivery across Rhodes, we apply a minimum order value based on your distance from our central store:
Zone A (Up to 20km): Minimum order is 50€.
Zone B (Over 20km): Minimum order is 100€. The delivery distance is calculated automatically via Google Maps once you select your property or pin your location on the map.
To ensure the freshness of your products and the best possible service, we require a minimum 2-hour lead time for all orders. When placing your order, our system will automatically show you the earliest available delivery slots. You can also schedule your delivery for any future date and time within our operating hours (09:00 – 23:00).
No. To ensure the safety of our couriers and the speed of our service, Island Stores is a cash-free business. We exclusively accept payments via Credit or Debit Cards through Alpha Bank's secure encrypted gateway. Your payment is processed at the time of checkout, and no further transaction is needed upon arrival.
Yes. In accordance with Greek law, you must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol or tobacco products. Our delivery team is strictly required to perform an age verification check upon arrival. Please have a valid ID or Passport ready for inspection. If a customer is found to be underaged, the restricted items will be returned to the store and no refund will be issued for those specific products.
